Federal student loans have crossed the threshold. They are all that you say, but ALSO they are UNCONSTITUTIONALLY ILLEGAL. The Founders called for UNIFORM bankruptcy laws ahead of the power to declare war and raise an army, these have been taken away ONLY from student loans. This violates the will of the Founders, and also violates the Equal Protection Clause. This lending system must be finished, or it will finish the country.
